Good day, i have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. but then, yesterday (july 27, 2025) i got a text message about my e wallet (gcash) that says i made a transaction but i really didn't, so upon searching about my situation, I'm not the only one who experienced it. then yesterday i tried to get a refund request to google play because of what i searched online about the procedure when you accidentally purchased to sn google app but i received their email to me that says it didn't meat their policies of refund, so now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because the money is not really meant for me, and i really need it back. i hope it finds you all and thank you.
