Hi please how do I request a refund. What if I send and email and nobody responds with in the 14 days.

As ​@cy-linder mentioned, please review the information at the link he provided to find out how to get assistance from Strava Support. We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub.

Please note that all account and subscription inquiries will need to be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub is  for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access.
