Strava has charged me for an annual subscription just 2 months after I had already renewed it through a gifted subscription.
I opened a support request (#3174133) about 18 days ago and I still didn’t get any answer or even reply from a human in my ticket.
Is this considered acceptable by you? What kind of PAID SERVICE is this?
I bought the annual subscription just today. The transaction is showing in my bank account, but my Strava account hasn’t been upgraded. I’ve tried all of the tips that I could find on here and elsewhere on the internet to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recently noticed that my Strava subscription was renewed for 1 year last February 17 , but I accidentally subscribed and did not intend to make this purchase.
Unfortunately, I am currently facing financial constraints and need these funds to cover my school fees. As a student, every bit helps, and I would truly appreciate your support in processing a refund.
I understand that Strava’s refund policy may have certain guidelines, but I kindly request an exception in this case. Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
