I keep getting marked as solved but my case isnt even solved yet. I need the refund, it’s for my allowance but not it’s gone. 

Hi, the community hub can't help you with the refund. This is a place where Strava athletes help each other, but we do NOT have access to people's accounts. 

If you haven't done so yet, you need to contact Support as described here: 

 

If you've already submitted the Support ticket, you need to wait. Unfortunately the team has been dealing with a backlog of tickets so it may take longer, but there's nothing else you can do. 

Also, here at the community hub we can only give you these directions - how to contact Support. That's why your previous posts (under another username… there's no other post under this one) were marked as “solved” - as the answer was provided. 

I totally understand that this must be frustrating, but that's how things are. Fingers crossed that you hear back from Support soon.
