How long does you need to process my refund subscription request?

If you haven't done so yet, please submit a Support ticket, as here at community hub we don't have access to people's accounts and anything subscription-related: 

 

How long it takes - there's no official “ETA” but from what I hear, the Support team is dealing with a significant backlog of tickets, and some users have mentioned it had taken several weeks for them to get a response. Anyway, fingers crossed that your issue gets sorted out reasonably quickly.
