Hi I'm waiting for the update for the refund I requested last May 31, 2025 according to your policy that I can get refund if I cancel within 14 days after the purchase and it was an accidental purchase I've sent multiple tickets but no response at all as one of your admin said it's a lot on que how long does it will be resolved next week next month or next week your support is so bad can't handle the complain of the customer refund my money it's been so long

unfortunately here at the community hub, we don't have visibility of the Support tickets queue. We're Strava users just like you.
Having said that - from what I hear from other users, it may take several weeks / perhaps a month to get a response. This may change and hopefully the Support team will get back to you sooner - what I’m trying to say is that the lack of response doesn't mean that they wouldn't sort it out for you. It just means that they're swamped.
I'm sorry that I don't have a better answer for you. Fingers crossed that your request gets resolved as soon as possible.
Same as mine. I accidentally subscribe for the annual. I downloaded it and use it only a few days. And never check my Strava again. June 5,2025 my wallet has been deducted for Php1500 automatically.
