Can i get a refund of my money i didn't do a subscription but it auto deduct  in my gcash acc i need my money to do my check up please give me a refund

They didn't answer me and they just send me an article i need my money back not a an article 


They didn't answer me they just give me article i don't need a article i need my money back 


In the automated support answer with the articles there is usually a question at the end with the wording “Does this article answer your question?”. Did you got that and have you answered with “No” ?
