Good day, I have a concern about accidentally subscription on strava app, because when i download it i click the free trial because i want to use and know the features of your app, so i click the free trial. But then, today (June 24, 2025) I got a text message about my e-wallet (Gcash) that says i made a transaction but I really didn't, so I search about my problem and I'm not the only one who experienced it. Today, I cancelled the subscription and I tried to submit a ticket for a refund request. I searched online about the procedure and search in social medias about it. So now I decided to reach out to you to try considering my refund request because that money is my allowance for a whole month needed for school works and projects and I really need it back. I hope you grant this request of mine and thank you.

you mention that you tried to submit a ticket - I didn't understand whether you actually submitted the ticket successfully. Just in case, here's how:
