Hey guys!! It's been 5 days already and they didn't even respond to any of my ticket submitted. Can you help me guys in this problem? They didn't  give any confirmation or notice on deducting that money through my E-billing App. Badly needed that money. Hope it will get refunded. ​@StravaSupport 

Ciao ​@notrunning. I'm sorry for this but please consider that subscription enquiries are not handled on this hub. As far as I know the support team is working on a lot of tickets so you just need to be patient. They'll surely come back to you.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
