How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school

Hii ​@gelayy!!! Whats the update of your refund request? I'm also experiencing this problem rn. They didn't respond after that email they send ("action required") one. Can you tell me what did you do, if they approved your refund? Please. Thank you.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
