updates for local lengend are not made automaticaly. by going to the segment page, the update is made, so it's better than at the start of the problem a few weeks ago.
but the update is not made in one case : when nobody is local legend before i do the segment. for example : in this activity https://www.strava.com/activities/7659763885 i do the segment https://www.strava.com/segments/21560708 in the segment page, it's say nothing about local legend. same thing in https://www.strava.com/segments/21560708/local-legend
same probleme in this activity https://www.strava.com/activities/7649876080 for the segment https://www.strava.com/segments/4580916 after the activiity, it's say no local legend. i do again this segment in today activity https://www.strava.com/activities/7682580797 after today activity, the update has been made with the correct number : 2. so the system can say a user is the local legend when nobody was local legend, but that should happen after the first attempt, not the second.
