I sent in a ticket, per the directions in the support center for help with my subscription almost two weeks ago. I keep getting emails saying sorry for the delay here's some articles that might help which of course don't and again still no action on my request.  Clearly strava doesn't care about good customer service.

Well, they do have a backlog of tickets to deal with, so unfortunately the waiting times are longer. 

If you need help with something that doesn't require access to your account, you can ask here and perhaps someone will be able to help. Though with anything user-specific (typically: password issues, subscription, or similar), you'll just need to wait for Support.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed. Sincere apologies  - please be patient and a Support Analyst will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
