Wondering if anyone has a fix for my subscription issue. I was recently travelling in Mexico, since returning to Canada my subscription isn’t valid. When I attempt to renew, it shows the Mexican currency so I’m thinking there’s a bug on their end.
I troubleshooted (logged out, deleted and reinstalled application, restored purchase), created a ticket weeks ago with no response, and since written the strava support email.
I’m travelling again, looking for routes, but get blocked by the subscription wall every time.
Can anyone offer a solution here? I’ve debated starting a new account but seems unnecessary. I understand they’re getting caught up on tickets, but this seems too long.
