Hello, so i downloaded your app a while back and i was using the free-trial, now it has run out and i’ve been debited for the yearly account. I need a refund please the money is need urgently thanks

Did you read the article I linked? It explains how to contact Support for this purpose.


I have and i’ve not heard anything convincing from them, please help i need the money urgently

 


Again: this is a discussion forum. We here are users just like you. We don't have access to your account and can't do anything about your refund. 

Open the article I linked, click the link in it, and submit a ticket. That's it. Not sure what more “convincing” information you expect.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
