Hi @Vincenzo , yes I'm sure I've opened the ticket correctly. Support just seems to be very slow to reply to the ticket as I've seen others mention on this forum. I wasn't expecting an admin to fix it here, I more or less wanted to see what the typical turnaround time was for ticket responses because a month long turnaround would get you fired anywhere else.
Hi @brsieff, unfortunately from what I hear, the Strava Support team is dealing with a big backlog of tickets, so the response time is fairly long - some people mentioned about a month. So while we indeed can't help you here as @Vincenzo explained, the fact that you’ve already been waiting for a month should mean that they'll get back to you in the next few days. Fingers crossed!

I’m in the same situation, no answer for 2 weeks. Are there any risks of losing my account if I try to chargeback? I haven’t even used Strava during this time, so it’s not like I’m abusing the system
@zDavzBR I eventually heard back right around that one month mark. I guess they were very backlogged with support requests. I don't believe you'd lose your account but I'd try to just hold tight another week if possible.
