Hello, i've written emails to the strava support team and ive created multiple tickets to apply for a refund but many days passed and i still have no response from them.(I always checked my email and my junk email folder and still nothing.I only got an automatic bot response.)

Hi, I also experienced this I keep on sending email to the support but I don't get any reply than the bot.
Hello, just wait a couple more days and be patient.I got the refund since then.
Has anyone ever had a support ticket answered, by anything other than a bot or semi-spam responses?
Ticket is a month old, followed up by me multiple times and ignored.
My question on that issue here, was closed with some tool saying it had been resolved despite every response saying the tools suggestion didn’t work.
Being a subscriber seems to make no difference to “customer service”

Thanks for your post and apologies for any confusion.
It sounds like you’ve likely created multiple Support tickets. When that happens, Strava Support will merge your tickets, and this will create notifications that your duplicate ticket(s) have been closed. However one ticket will be kept open and you will receive a response when that ticket is assigned to a Support Analyst.
To check your Support tickets and confirm you have an open ticket, please sign into your Strava account on the Web at strava.com, then go to this link to see your tickets.
If you do not currently have an open support ticket here’s how to submit one. If you have trouble with our online form, you can send an email to support@strava.zendesk.com.
