Three weeks to regain access to my account and Strava charged my single account for two annual subscriptions. Only got the charges reversed through my bank and Strava support was beyond useless in the matter. Terrible. 

Did you get any answers? I’m facing the same problem. Waiting for an answer. I have the same issue—my paid account is gone. I have no idea which email address is linked to it, and when I try to log in with my usual email, it just creates a new account. I get no response via Instagram comments, DMs, or support tickets. I'm just waiting and waiting—terrible support for paying customers!
