I live in Taiwan but I subscribed family plan in Japan this March since my membership was expired during the trip. When I came back to Taiwan, my friends were not able to join my family plan, system showed that we are in different countries (all of our accounts are based in Taiwan).
I’ve submitted a ticket but there’s no response for more than 6 weeks. Anyone knows how to resolved this issue? Will VPN work in this case?

Hi @Toby Shih,
what needs to be done is that Strava Support changes the country code in your account, unfortunately it's something only they can do, users can't do it themselves as far as I know. (This also means that VPN won't help.)
Submitting a support ticket was the right step, but even though I hear that they're a bit swamped and response times are rather longer, 6 weeks seems excessive… @Lola @Marya @Bryant @Kimberly22 - would you please be able to check this for Toby? Thank you!
Hi Jana
Thanks for the reply, the country in my profile is Hsinchu City, Taiwan, and same as my friends. Is there another country code which is invisible for general users?
Hello @Toby Shih - please note that all account and subscription inquiries will need to be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub is for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access.
We checked with our team internally and can confirm that your ticket is still open with the team and they are looking into it - so we appreciate your patience!
