I am in Venezuela and want to pay Strava’s annual subscription using Paypal.
My Paypal account has a balance > 30$ and is not linked with any credit card. Why does the Paypal interface with Strava is requiring me that data? and how can I workaround that requirement and simply spend my Paypal balance.
