I have asked here regarding on when I would get a refund on my premium subscription and the person that replied said that Strava is experiencing extreme backlog regarding tickets and I definitely understand that. However this raises a question from me. Would Strava still refund me even after the 14 day "grace period" if it was Strava's fault for not replying? If a Strava support member is seeing this, please answer..
