Hello,

my friend offered me to join his family strava plan. Unfortunately strava tells me, that I have to live in the same country to join him. In fact we live in the same country, so what can I do to be able to enter the plan? Is there someone from support to check it out?

My country is set to the Malaysia in my settings, but when I try to join the plan, the price shows in dollars ($) instead of Malaysia Ringgit (RM).

i already raised a ticket, but havent got any agent assigned yet.

Hi Adrian,

only Support can help you with this - they need to correct the country code in your profile, users don't have access to that. So it's a good thing that you have already created the ticket.
Unfortunately the Support team has been dealing with a backlog of tickets, so the response times may get longer, but they'll get back to you eventually.
