Hi, I’m admin of Strava Club.
I wanna add a new post. The post is published as usual and the club members receives a notification. When I check my club dashboard later, the post is not visible and I see only older posts.
It has happened first time this morning.

Do you have any idea for the solution?

I’m not an admin in my Strava Club but organizing weekly club runs and have been sharing run routes to my club’s feed once a week. I noticed the same last Monday (March 3rd), posts now disappear. I can post it without errors but it’s nowhere to be seen.

I asked my club admin to post it instead and same happened. As the admin posted it as a club itself, we at least got a notification from where people can go and check the post. But you still cannot see it anywhere else.

I hope this will be fixed sooner rather than later.

Hi @Susny and @Milla

Sorry to hear about this but thank you for letting us know. I have escalated this issue to our Support Team for investigation. Expect to have a Strava Support Specialist reach out to you via email.

In the meantime, if I get any more information on this issue, I will post an update here. Thank you for our patience.

Thank you @Jane! I was able to post my weekly route today and it is visible to everyone now.
