My latest 36.4 mile ride will not sync to my phone and computer. I have tried everything and nothing worked

Hi there and sorry to hear about the syncing issues. Do you have an Android phone by any chance or what type of device are you recording your activities with? Are you seeing any error messages? ok tried another activity and still not syncing, what is the problem
