I bought a family plan for myself and 3 friends other which live in the same country (Denmark) but originally from other countries.
Since the accounts were not created in the current country, 2 of them are unable to join, despite having changed the Strava country in settings and registering all the activities in Denmark.
They opened tickets but Strava support is not doing anything to solve it…
It has been a month and they haven’t been able to enjoy the premium, so unfair that you pay but not get what you paid for.
