Hello,

Thanks to everyone who posted about this. I've received word that this should now be fixed. If you are still having issues, please be sure to you are using the most updated version of the app. Thanks for your patience!

can confirm, it has been fixed, thanks

Hi all,

The flyover feature continues to come up with an error saying “flyover failed to load” then has a retry button underneath but nothing happens when I tap it.

I have an apple 13 phone.

Is there some setting that I need to enable? I have already updated the privacy settings.

Thank you

I still have this issue. Basically a white to blue background as the map is shown and play over plays. This is after deinstalling, clearing cache, reinstalling. I have a Pixel 7 Pro with Android 15. However, in my work phone, which is a recent  Samsung, it works fine. This is very disappointing as a premium user. I've had this for several years. You can see when I open an activity the map is blank or white. When I engage the flyover the background is also white and blue.

Hi @TonyO, users who reported a similar problem (blank map) have resolved it by allowing Strava in an app that's supposed to prevent tracking and they had it installed on their phone - typically DuckDuckGo, someone also mentioned app called Blokada, … pretty much any app that's supposed to block some kind of traffic. So you might want to look into those.
