I've been requesting a refund for about 7 days now and no developer responded to my ticket?, and the bad part is when i check my ticket in strava it's says "Status: Solved" howw? i didn't even get an refund? and strava support didn't explain how my ticket status is solved?.

Did you see the answer in the duplicate thread? It might take a while to issue the refund, and there's possibly more information on your ticket.
