Please refund my subscription as it auto-renewed without my permission, and I urgently need the money for my school tuition.

hello strava, i would like to request a refund. I accidentally paid a subscription for a year which costed R599 in South African rands. And i wanted to purchase only for monthly bases. I got a message at a very unexpected time, a subscription biill which came from strava.
