In this situation, I recommend creating a support ticket detailing the issues your wife is facing.

Hi @Bryant, thanks for your reply. I logged a ticket on behalf of my wife on the 2nd February, #3214698, and my wife logged one via email, #3220457, on 7th February just in case you wouldn’t be able to address the original ticket.
So far I haven’t heard anything and Kate received an “AI” response telling her how to cancel her subscription 🤷.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. At the moment it seems that Kate’s Facebook credentials have become disconnected from her Strava account.
