Wrong segment data for virtual segment "Alpe du Zwift"

The virtual segment Aple du Zwift doesn’t show the correct data. The distance of 12,17 km seems to be correct but the elevation (729m) and the grade (-0,8%) are totally wrong. At the moment, this is a downhill segment. 😄 But elevation should be around 1.000 meters and the grade is 8.5%. The elevation profile is also absolutely wrong.

Who can fix this?

Addition to my initial post. I created a private segment for testing. This is what the official “verified” segement should look like:

Hi @matthiaspabst,

A warm welcome to the community hub!
To be honest: I can't help you. 😔 But maybe I can help draw a little more attention to your question.

@Marya, @Jane: Can you help @matthiaspabst in how to correct the segment data?
Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Uli

Very strange indeed, small segments of the entire AdZ look correct each separately, but not AdZ. I will refrain from another attempt until this is fixed 😀

It still looks off, today on the 30th of Dec 2024. The elevation I see is 223m with a grade of -0.8%.

Very strange indeed. What can we do about it?

Still off as of now:
