Why does it show “Power Watts” and not “Pulse Rate”?

Why does it show “Power Watts” and not “Pulse Rate”?
I have a GARMIN Venu 3 watch
When I do my standard run, it shows Power Watts on strava, but if I do a test run, just turn on the workout on the watch and turn it off after 5 minutes, then the app shows “Heart Rate”. I would like the pulse to always show, how can I fix this, friends?

I solved the problem) Maybe it will help someone.
It turns out that in Garmin settings you need to disable the “Running Power” option in the running settings and then Strava will display your heart rate status
