Club endpoint not returning any activities for most users starting sometime March 1.

We are seeing an empty payload being returned from the clubs endpoint for most users since this AM:

https://www.strava.com/api/v3/clubs/nnnn/activities&per_page=100

No errors, just a 200 and an empty array. 

No changes on our end, no changes to the API that I can see?

I don't see anything in the API status: https://status.strava.com/
