We have reached the 999 Athlete limit and have tried contacting support, resubmitting the app for verification, and we have not heard back on how to increase these limits.
Is there a separate contact form or method to get this number increased?

@benji1 you would need to submit the form for any additional increases. We're not seeing your submission in the queue. We recommend resubmitting the form so that the team can review accordingly.

Can you point me to the form? I have submitted the application for verification twice and it has been approved but the number of athletes was never increased.
