Strava V3 API How to Increase Rate Limit

We want to build an android application to read data of athletes after their authentication using V3 API. Default rate limit is 200 for 15 mint and 2000 for per day.
How to increase this limit. Is there any paid plan for developers?

Thanks for reaching out regarding a rate limit increase for your application on Strava. We will be reviewing all rate limits with our updated Developer Program. Therefore, it is important to enroll in our new program as soon as possible, if you haven't already. Please read our updated API agreement and submit your app by March 4th, 2024.
