Hello! I went for a morning run today and my watch recorded the activity via the Strava app on my watch but it never synced to my Strava app on my phone. Under the Strava settings on my watch it says that there are no activities that haven't been synced yet. It looks like I completely lost the activity. Is there a way to restore it please so I can attempt to sync it to my phone app?
Hello @Mias
Sorry to hear that happened! Could you try recording a small test activity on your watch (for example walk around the block) and then sync that? That will trigger a sync and hopefully the missing activity will show up. Let me know if that works.
I have the same problem, doing a new activity did not fix it. Are there other solutions please?
Galaxy Watch 6 also.
Hi there, I have the same issue as above. Just tried recording a walk and that synced fine but still no sign of the run
Thanks
Ben
Hi, I am having the same issue with Galaxy Watch 6. Any other solution for this?
Same problem. This is very annoying. Fyi, subsequent test activities are saved. Some random activities (including important ones!) just vanish. This needs to be fixed asap!
I have had the same issue 2x this month.
Unsynced = 0
Made a test activity after the lost one, the test synced ok but the real activity does not appear.
Same issue. This has happened to many of my activities over the last year, using a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. I’ve seen a handful of posts on the community hub about this but they are all marked as “SOLVED” after useless advice like “record another activity”. How can we get this addressed? It’s very frustrating!
I lost another activity yesterday on my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro
