Allow setting of default activity privacy: Per source: Give us granular default privacy control per-integration. For example, all activities synced from Garmin can be public by default while I'd like activities uploaded/synced from Whoop to be private by default. Per type: for example, "walk" type activities set to private by default as this may always start and end near home (I know privacy zones, but this is another layer). Also, often we'd like to track ALL our activity but only care about sharing one type, such as cycling.

Hi Strava Support, I'm writing because as a graphic designer I approach everything visually! I have a big problem that when I want to browse my own or even someone else's saved routes, I get an amazingly long list of text with dates and saved addresses... There's not even a little map preview. But I can't do anything with that! I can't remember the names, the dates, I only know approximately where and what route I took. It would be really cool if there was a feature that could search the map for the following: 1 - select roughly the area on the map where I or another user has been before 2 - a timeline would be displayed next to the interface, where you could either specify a fixed date or an interval 3 - or a date history where I can move the date on a timeline on a scale and the paths will appear (similar to OSX Time Machine) With a visual search like this, it would take moments to find an older trip, either my own or recorded by someone else, which could then be saved and re-scrolled. I would be happy to see such a highly efficient visual search engine soon, because most people are visual like me! best, bwtms

Quite some time ago the training log was changed for the worse on the website version. Within the app, the training log still compresses all activities into one day and bubbles them together. On the website, it creates additional rows and does not cluster the items, which is troublesome for someone like me who has multiple activities by day. I would suggest having a collapse or expand button where we could see either expanded view (current website) or collapsed view (current app), or keep both platforms the same and cluster everything by default

I think Strava would have a fun partnership opportunity with Beer Mile. What is the challenge? The 9th annual challenge takes place on Saturday, July 1st, 2023 in Chicago. Anyone who completes the beer mile challenge can have their times uploaded to the website. How does it work? The challenge will allow anyone to run a beer mile virtually. One beer for every lap. Runners will have one day to complete the challenge. Why is it important? I think the Beer Mile makes running more about community and fun rather than pure competition. It is a different type of challenge because it adds another element to a race. It's not for everyone, but I think it's unique and this makes it interesting because people will think about how to add more variables into fitness challenges.
