Hey folks, I can no longer access my routes from my mobile devices… I get an error message that I’m offline and IM NOT! anyone else seen this? All the map graphics have urned off too

Yes it is Jane, checked just now, and this has been the same for nearly 2 weeks now. I cannot access any of my circa 100 saved routes - so frustrating given I pay a premium subscription.
Can you help or point me to a tech team that can?
