This feature did not work yesterday on a ride, on exactly the same route that I have done frequently before.
Any suggestions for resolving the problem

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support these types of requests through our Community Hub. Please submit a support ticket and include a link to the activity that isn't matching as well as a link to the activity it should match to. This will allow our support team to investigate further.
