Uploading routes

Hello

I am trying to upload routes for an event I am doing next month. I have uploaded the gps files for 5 of the 7 routes but I am now getting a message "sorry there was a problem processing this request. Please try importing your file again or try another file". I have tried a number of times and tried different files but no look. 

Can someone help?

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the delay. Can you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? It sounds like this issue is related to a bug we were previously experiencing that was resolved. If you are still seeing this can you send us a screenshot or provide some additional information?
