Log In and merging accounts

Hi! I am unable to log into my strava account that I have been recently active on. When I had the strava app open, it said the account was linked to an old email address. I logged out of strava and now I am unable to log back in. I’ve since regained access to that old email account so that I could change my strava password but the link is not being sent to the email address to be able to change my password.(Yes,I have checked the spam and trash folders). I have created a new account with my current email address but I would like access to my activities/followers etc.from the act I can't get logged into.  I have sent in tickets and have sent emails to strava and have yet to hear back. Can anyone help me with this? I am also paying for the premium strava service on the account I cannot log into.

Is there a way someone can help me merge my accounts? Is there a strava support person I can actually talk to? Thanks so much. 

My first ticket number is #3189261

I am unable to find my athlete number due to not being able to log into that account. My new strava account athlete number is152699174

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently working through a backlog of requests. Sincere apologies for the delay - please be patient and a Support Analyst will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
