Cannot access two of my activities

I have two activities that, when I click on the link from the list of all my activities, I just get a page that states “Oops! There seems to be a problem”.

I have raised a support ticket several times now but when I check back later to see if there’s been any response, I’m told the ticket has been closed but I can raise a ‘follow up’!

Any idea how I can resolve this? Whilst I would like to see my activity, I really would like to download the gpx data for these two routes.

I have almost two thousand Strava activities and as far as I can remember this is the only time I’ve ever encountered this problem.

Hello @MalcolmS

Thanks for your post and apologies for any confusion. This is the kind of problem that Strava Support would be happy to help with.

You mention you’ve created multiple Support tickets. When that happens, Strava Support will merge your tickets, and this will create notifications that your ticket(s) have been closed. However one ticket will be kept open and you will receive a response when that ticket is assigned to a Support Analyst.

To check your Support tickets and confirm you have an open ticket, please sign into your Strava account on the Web at strava.com, then go to this link to see your tickets.
