I used my watch to track paddle boarding. I've not been able to get my watch to sync with my account and it is still showing as unsynced on my watch. I have tried a forced sync.

How can I sync it?

Hello ​@Rebeccamcc - I know you asked this sometime ago, but wanted to check if you were able to resolve this?

 

 If not, can you please try resyncing the activity?
 

  • View the History folder on your watch
  • Use 'Tap to Sync' button to reattempt sync the missing activity
  • 'Sync Successful' message displayed at top of screen and 'Tap to Sync' no longer appears to confirm activity has synced to Strava account


If an activity fails to sync to your Strava account, please ensure you do not have any duplicate recordings. You will need to delete any activities that are already on your account for that date/time. If this is not the case, please reach out to Strava Support with a photo of the activity that is failing to sync and any error messages you may see.
