Hello,I’m making a website for my local community to share all the routes in my area in one place. For doing that, I use the route integration with the <HTML> code.I was just wondering if there is a limit of routes that can be integrated from an account? I would not like my accound to be suspended for that :) Thank you,

Hi guysUnfortunatly 2 years ago, when I have created my Strava API application, I have registered a wrong API callback Domain (myapp.com) together with a smartphone app. Now, I have another smartphone app (which should also use the Strava API application) and I would like to fix this. Can this schema work?inklaybeta://inklay.app → For my legacy appinklay2://inklay.app → For my new appThank you!Lukas
Hello,I urgently need to upgrade my limit. I submitted the form and contacted them a few days ago but haven't received a response. How can I contact them for assistance?Thank you!
Has anyone heard back? What’s the latest timeframe? I was just going from 1->10 so this should be easy and low weight.
Posting here as a last resort, developers@strava.com has not responded after multiple attempts over weeks. This is currently a production incident. On April 27 we saturated the 300 / 15 min app rate limit. Activity imports and history backfills are failing with HTTP 429 in a re-enqueue loop; we had to manually drain ~250 queued tasks to disk to stop the runaway and pause replay until the daily window resets at 00:00 UTC. Until then, paying customers' Strava syncs are degraded.App: EndoGusto — https://endogusto.comClient ID: 127630Use case: SaaS platform for endurance coaches. Coaches build structured training plans (running, cycling, multisport); athletes connect Strava so completed workouts sync to the coach for review of pace, HR, power, and plan adjustment. Strava is a core, daily-use integration for our paying customers.Current limits:- Athletes: 585 / 999 (climbing weekly — we will hit the hard cap within weeks at current growth)- Rate: 300 / 15 min, 3,000 / dayRequested:- Athletes
Just logined to my strava account, and found the capacity has been increased! Thank you Strava team! Great support!
Hi there,I’ve been trying to retrieve club activities using the following endpoint:https://www.strava.com/api/v3/clubs/<clubId>/activities?page=1&per_page=50Since yesterday, the endpoint has been returning a 200 OK response with an empty array. I searched for similar issues and came across the following report:It seems the same problem might have occurred again. Could you please take a look? Thanks in advance.Best regards,Gabor

Hello everyone! My name is Paulo, and I work as a data engineer. Recently, I’ve been studying multi-agent workflows (AI), and I decided to start a new personal project to apply what I’ve been learning. As a bike enthusiast, my first idea was to build a tool to suggest routes. The motivation came from a recurring situation: every Friday, my friends and I decide on the weekend ride — “Which route are we going to ride tomorrow?”We usually prefer to ride early in the morning so we can attend to our commitments later in the day. Quite often, we have constraints like: “I need to be home by 10 AM” or “I had a tough week, so let’s do an easier ride tomorrow.”Even though we have a fairly large “menu” of routes we already know, it’s not always easy to choose the best one considering constraints like time, fatigue, or whether we want a big climb or a flatter ride. Based on this, I decided to create this project. The main idea is to submit a prompt like this:"I would like to do an outdoor mountain b
Hi Strava team, I'm requesting an increase in the athlete connection limit for my application. App Details: - App Name: Run Farst - Client ID: 226177 - Website: https://www.runfarst.co.za - Category: Training/Coaching Use Case: Run Farst is a VDOT-based running coaching platform connecting coaches with athletes. Coaches create personalised training plans and athletes connect Strava to automatically import completed runs for session analysis and coaching feedback. We use activity lap data (read only) to provide pace, HR and rep-by-rep analysis. The app is live and in testing with real athletes. We need to increase the athlete limit beyond 1 to allow our coaches' athletes to connect. Current limit: 1 Requested limit: 50 (to start) Thank you, Theuns Ehlers runfarst.co.za
Hi Strava API Team,We are a private triathlon crew of 23 people. I am building an internal dashboard using Make.com to track our crew's activities. I am developing an app (in flutter) where I want to use the official Strava app as a possible means of authentication using the oauth2 flow as describes in the Strava documentation. However, I am stuck in getting the official Strava to work at all in the Android simulator (I’m using IntelliJ Ultimate in case it matters). This is completely unrelated to the app I am developing, using these steps:create an Android image including the Appstore in the simulator (I tried Pixel 4, Pixel 8a, Pixel Pro XL with different versions of the Android api) install the Strava app from the Appstore (need to sign in to your google account) start the Strava app enter your email address, wait for the one-time-token enter the one-time token see a red notification with “try again with new token”Tried with two different accounts, on separate days, at least two dozen times.Sadly I no longer have an account available with a regular password login. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi I have not received any response from Strava regarding the increase in my API access limit since April 9.Today is April 22. Please let me what to do. Today I sent 3rd email to developers@strava.com.Best Emily_A
Hello, I have built an data importer application for strava, and strava team very effectively granted me the initial athlete capacity and api limits. The application is much more welcomed than estimated, I am now have numbers of active users very close to the initial limit of the athlete capacity. I requested to increase my athlete capacity from strava about 7 business days ago via application form. I know strava said 8-10 business days for an application. But I just want to know if there is any ways could check the progress of the application? thanks guys!
Hi!I did my submit request request 15 days ago, and I still don’t have any response, how usually last the revision of a request? Thanks in advance, Jesús
i need to increase how manny people could connect to strava today its only me… i cand find where i do that.
I applied approximately 15 days ago, but I haven't received any email response or updates. How can I get information about the process?
The API docs as well as the swagger spec define that the type of an ActivityZone can be one of ['heartrate', 'power']. However, the API also returns at least one other type, i.e. 'pace'. When using the swagger spec to validate or deserialize responses, this may lead to validation errors. Is it possible to update the documentation and swagger spec with all supported types? Thanks!
Hi,I'm working on registering my app for push subscription and when I run the post request outlined here I receive 400 status and this:{"message": "Bad Request","errors": [{"resource": "PushSubscription","field": "callback url","code": "not verifiable"}]}I'm able to get 200 status and the required hub.challenge to return if I hit the callback_url from 1) python requests & 2) curl. Then when I run the post (push subscriptions request) either with Python requests or curl, I receive the above error. Checking my server, I do not receive anything from Strava in this. Its like the callback url is blocked before Strava sends anything to it and I get the above error within 1 second, when it should be waiting 2 seconds for a response. My server is running a flask api with nginx proxying api calls to the flask server. Could this be causing issues?Does anyone else have any ideas for what I can check out? I'm operating at a .ai domain. Anything I should be aware of there?Python:url =
At the time of setting up my api application, I added 1 in Number of athletes allowed to connect and Number of athletes currently connected. How can I change this. As I am trying to use the app its giving me error - Error 401: Limit of connected athletes exceeded.
Issue: I'm getting this error when trying to authorize: {"message":"Bad Request","errors":[{"resource":"Application","field":"redirect_uri","code":"invalid"}]} My setup: - Client ID: 199758 - Authorization Callback Domain (in Strava settings): runcoach-backend-a8d975.azurewebsites.net - Redirect URI being sent: https://runcoach-backend-a8d975.azurewebsites.net/api/auth/strava/callback Full OAuth URL:strava.com/oauth/authorize?client_id=199758&redirect_uri=https://runcoach-backend-a8d975.azurewebsites.net/api/auth/strava/callback&response_type=code&scope=read,activity:read_all,profile:read_all What I've verified: - Callback domain has no https:// prefix - Callback domain has no trailing slash - Domain exactly matches the redirect_uri domain - Client ID matches my app
