For a few weeks Strava is showing my milage for the year as an incredibly high number. I have also lost past data on the graph Any help on how to set this back to the correct numbers will be grateful recieved.Thankyou  

This week (Nov 3rd - Nov 9th 2025) I had three activities of running. First on Nov 4th, 2025 12.12km and 1.01km and the third one is on Nov 7th, 2025 13.13km. In my profile activities appear the total mileage is 26.26km, but in my club’s leaderboard it only appears my 1.01km of running. Could anyone help me to overcome this problem? I’m afraid that next week will happen again like that. Thank you

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. Any one else has this issue & worked out what was wrong?

Hi, what do you think about adding an option in Strava to show grouped notifications about weekly or monthly activities of people you follow, so you don’t have to scroll through thousands of your friends’ activities — similar to how Apple did it in iOS?

As a former road bike enthusiast, I’m not against road cyclists — far from it. I used to be one. But my body shape and back just couldn’t handle the crouched-over position anymore, so I moved to an e-bike.Since I started recording, I’ve ridden well over 22,000 km  — more than 3,000 miles just in the past few months — and lost over 50 kg along the way. My e-bike weighs 45 kg, so it’s far from a “free ride.” Every kilometer takes effort, commitment, and persistence. The motor only assists; it doesn’t pedal for me. This journey has been truly life-changing, and I’m proud of it.Lately, though, I’ve felt a real sense of exclusion. Strava appears to be using AI to retroactively mark rides as “e-bike rides,” which removes segment eligibility and, in a sense, erases a part of my cycling history. Dear Strava.I’ve been a segment creator for 10+ years.I’ve always make segments based on the actual tracks specially when these are MTB related.In your last update 10 months ago, around my area we lost many good segments in detriment to really bad ones that stayed, just because they had more stars, which was ridiculous.So I started making them again, tagging them with my signature which my friends now use to recognize the goog ones.Recently you deleted some classic ones that were good, but not mines because they were good 10 months ago, so there was no need for me to create another one.Now, with this last delete, you’ve left some bad ones which don’t start where the track actually starts, and don’t end where the track ends.When I tried to create the new and precise one, for a track I rode yesterday, I found out now it can’t be public. So we either stick with the bad ones, or write here on community hub

I got a brand new Google Pixel 9 last week and Strava keeps crashing. I can't open Maps or record a love workout. I have followed all of the steps that were recommended online. My phone storage is low. I cleared my cache and data. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. 

I just joined the Strava Community Hub and received an automated email welcoming me to the site:“Dear username, Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the Strava Community Hub.” Below that, there’s a button titled “Go to the Community Hub” but the HREF for the button is invalid and fails. The link in the email is to <LINK REMOVED> (For privacy reasons, I’ve redacted what looks like a session UUID from this URL in the email).The <LINK REMOVED> site redirects to <LINK REMOVED>  with no additional URL path.Ultimately this fails to work for at least two reasons:<LINK REMOVED>  is not a listed hostname for the communityhub.strava.com https certificate, so my browser complains about a security concern due to the hostname mismatch. <LINK REMOVED>  just shows an “under construction” image and says the page is not currently available.

My activities don't show up on my saved routes? How do I fix this, in order to re-use a previous route? 

Hi, I was trying to build a route but I only get dotted lines and no real routes. Is there a problem somewhere? I've treid other browsers as well, but the problem remains.  

Today I was riding with a friend (both on e-bikes) same route and I have 4 segments missing? I have 6 segments showing to his 10 . Not sure how this can be? Is there anyway of getting these back to compare times etc.  p.s this isn't the first time this has happened  thanks

Dear community, I started tracking my power best efforts ever since the feature was introduced in the mobile app a while ago. And today, I came across a really weird finding that to me seems more like a bug than anything else: For a segment I am tracking a lot, my best time is 9:11 avg 357Watts, however, when I look at the power curve of that ride, I see that indeed the 9:11 mark has 357W, but a shorter period 8min has a lower avg power of 354W. How can this be possible? Typically, the power curve graph should be declining with time, but for this ride, between 8 and 9 min marks, it is oscillating up and down.Has anyone experiencing this? And even worst, my best effort for 8min is only 350W Thanks for looking into this. 

Can I request for a refund? My account on strava auto deduct my gcash and subscribe on its own. Please i need refund 

Pretty much what the title says but until pretty recently in Recover Athletics when you completed an activity you had the option to append it to an existing Stava activity. That seems to have gone now. You can still upload to Strava but why take away the append to activity option...

This should be an option for paying users at the very least. It seems to be a new update today that everyone’s watch is now listed in the first line of their activity. Comes across as overt advertising and Strava trying to make every dollar they can. There’s also legitimate reasons some people wouldn’t want to advertise this (sponsorships, not using a watch someone gifted you, general privacy etc). With all the other things we can customize it feels inconsistent to not be able to edit this. Hoping for a change. Thanks! edit: I’m aware we can probably export the file and re-upload without it being tied to a watch but it shouldn’t have to be that complicated..

“Give a Gift” Subscription is back!The give a gift option is now available again in Strava website and app. You can find it at the top right corner in the webpage dashboard or in the settings page on the Strava Mobile App under the Account section, which is called “Gift a Subscription”. This is one good way to give others the gift of premium features in staying active using Strava.However there is one thing that is missing. It is currently not available in other regions, especially in some areas in the Asia Pacific. Some users might be confused or see it as a bug since upon clicking the Give a Gift button it only redirects you to the homepage or dashboard. This can be a loss to the Strava market, since there is a wide number of user in these regions. Opening this feature to all regions can be a great opportunity for Strava to gain more premium users, especially during this season of giving. 

hi all, i recently re-subscribed, and all of my activities have disappeared from 2021 until now, and my newer activities aren't uploading now! confused! Anyone know how to solve this? TIA

Hi,All my runs on Strava show Elevation Gain on the feed card instead of Pace.They are flat runs, marked as Road, and recorded from my Strava app. I do not use any apple watch or Garmin watch. I’ve tried editing the activity type, refreshing the app, but nothing changes. Other people’s run show Pace correctly.Can someone please help fix this or tell me how to make it show Distance | Pace | Time instead of Distance | Elevation | Time?Easy Long Run | Run | Strava
