From reading the "Understanding Account Enforcement" support page, I see that a permanent suspension is reserved only "more serious offenses". Sharing my own phone number is not a serious offense, therefore a warning would have been the correct response based on Strava's own policy updated July 31, 2025 He’s sent some appeal emails to support but I want to help. We love the years of training history and memories on Strava, If there's anyone in here that can do something I’d appreciate it so much!! Is there a phone number we can call for a real person? My dad got his account permanently suspended after he commented his phone number on a friend’s run. He pays for the subscription and has been a user for years. He’s not great with tech, but this is really egregious, we’re both pretty upset that he’s permanently suspended now instead of just a warning. Thanks

Hello, So i clicked on create topic above and it wanted me to sign in which i assumed it was going to auto sign in as i am signed into strava. I wasnt reading and i put what i wanted my topic to be. So now i want to know how i can change my username i tried to go into setting but its only allowing me to add a display picture.

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. Any one else has this issue & worked out what was wrong?

What happened with URLs? Looks like URLs are being automatically removed from posts, so it's being a little bit more complicated to share for example Strava Challenges from clubs with friends.

Good morning, I am contacting you to request a refund regarding an annual Strava subscription that was automatically renewed. A month ago, my friend Marin offered me to take advantage of the free one-month subscription to Strava. I accepted and added my credit card to benefit from this free trial. However, today I was charged €60 for an annual subscription that I did not want to renew. I am a minor and this purchase was made in error. This amount represents a significant portion of my savings, which took me almost two years to accumulate. I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription and would like to request a refund. Why does the app notify me about "a segment challenge near you" that's actually 100km away?Why does the app notify me about segment challenges for a sport I've never posted an activity for?

Hello!So this happens when i record the activity with my android phone. It started happening 6 months back. Still using the same phone.I did a nonstop run for 44 min. And when i pause the activity before saving it. All data is correct.But the moment i save the activity. Moving time get cut from 44 min to 20 min. Distance is correct.Why does this happen? I have to keep deleting activities due to getting world record times.Why cant it just save the correct moving time when it was already showing the correct data before saving it?

Hello!I see that there are many, many Strava apps available. I am looking for one that will provide an MS Excel output report for a set of approximately 300 segments (which I have listed), showing which ones I am the Local Legend (and how far back the #2 person is on the leaderboard), as well as the ones where I am not the Local Legend (and how close I am to the #1 person on the leaderboard). Does anyone know if such an app already exists? Is there an efficient method to checking the available apps to see if there is one with such functionality?Thank you,Dennis

I have a Strava group set up with over 200 members and I like to encourage them by adding a comment when I canHowever, after about 20 or so comments, I do not seem to be able to post anymore as an error comes up Why is there a comment posts limit, it's not very good if I can only reach 5% of my Strava group

Is it possible to display Triathlon or Multisport clubs as distance instead of time? We’re running a distance challenge and want to display it via distance, it’s multisport rather than one sport. Alternatively, are there good third party integrations that might work for collecting club data?Thanks!

I had an annual membership that I started through Strava, not a third party, I cancelled that a couple months before I was charged again. I was still charged and I show a free membership. Contacted support over a week ago, replied to the email and noting from Strava. I am going to contact my bank and mark this as fraud. I will never pay for another membership or use Strava again. A company is only as good as its support,

Hi there,I have started a running plan on Runna so use my watch for this, the information and data is mostly then syncing with Strava. However there seems to be 2 bits of data Strava doesn’t have.It’s not using the activity data to populate my best efforts or the performance predictions. But all other data points are syncing.Has anyone else had this issue? 

When viewing a map on a desktop, if there are many segments, scrolling down to check them causes the map and elevation profile to move out of view, making it difficult to track their positions and elevation. To improve usability, the map and elevation profile should remain sticky while scrolling through the segments, ensuring they stay visible for better reference.Currently, as a workaround, I have to zoom out to keep both the map and elevation profile in view while reviewing the segments.

While the basic workout details appear, the GPS map and full route data are often missing unless I manually export the GPX file from the Mibro Fit app and upload it to Strava myself.This is frustrating, as automatic sync should ideally include the complete workout information—especially the GPS map—for accurate performance analysis.Here are the main concerns: Automatically synced activities from Mibro Fit to Strava do not include the full GPS route or map. Manual import via GPX works fine, which means the data exists but is not transferred properly via the sync integration.
