How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because if they dont refund within 14 days i cant get m'y money back anymore.
I also made refund requests without any answer.
What's the solution to this ?

+1How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school
