The Club Hub

Discovered yesterday/today that my mileage for this week is not showing on club stats leaderboards despite showing in club activities feed.  On closer inspection there are a number of others with activities in the club feed this week who don’t show on the leaderboard and at least one athlete who is on the leaderboard but with less milage than what they have completed this week.  This is not related to activity type.  This is not isolated to a single club.  

Our running club is not showing any of our runs this week within the leaderboard. Nothing has been changed since last week, and all activities are showing in the feed. I managed to sync mine, by hiding the time on the entry and it has shown as 1/1 member which is incorrect as there are 8 members.is this a problem, or can anyone help? 

I am not able to see club leaderboard option on my android app. It was available last week.

Hello, I would like to remove or revoke members from my club who are posting inappropriate content or appear to be bots. As the club owner, I currently don’t have access to the full member list and therefore can’t remove them. How can you assist us with this issue?

 Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription. Can I please cancel and refund the subscription since i dont really used it and I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget? For your info, i did not use it almost 2 months now.

Hello,My iphone is updated to ios 17 and the Strava app is up to date. When I try to share my club’s event to instagram and create the “flyer” instagram does not show up as a sharing option. I am logged into instagram as well. Any ideas how to fix this?

Can i have a refund for my subscription, I mistakenly subscribed to a 1 year subscription, and I used my school allowance for it. I badly want to get back my money, I don't have anything in me right now, please!!!

Am at a loss to understand no logged runs / attendees show in any of our events. The club is for a parkrun so the start time should not be an issue, it will always be close to 9amInitially there was no route logged for the events but I created and added one a few weeks backI since noticed that start & end 100m of my own runs were hidden & have just now changed thisOthers in the group who logged the same run did not have the setting on to hide their starts & endsMy activities are visible to EVERYONE. I just joined the Strava Community Hub and received an automated email welcoming me to the site:“Dear username, Your account has been succesfully activated. We hope to see you soon on the Strava Community Hub.” Below that, there’s a button titled “Go to the Community Hub” but the HREF for the button is invalid and fails. The link in the email is to <LINK REMOVED> (For privacy reasons, I’ve redacted what looks like a session UUID from this URL in the email).The <LINK REMOVED> site redirects to <LINK REMOVED>  with no additional URL path.Ultimately this fails to work for at least two reasons:<LINK REMOVED>  is not a listed hostname for the communityhub.strava.com https certificate, so my browser complains about a security concern due to the hostname mismatch. <LINK REMOVED>  just shows an “under construction” image and says the page is not currently available.

can i request a refund for a mistaken subscription charge on my account. I accidentally subscribed to a one-year plan, and the payment was auto-deducted without my notice. Unfortunately, I used my school allowance for this transaction, and I need it back as soon as possible because i have a trip coming up.

Hi, I am unable to create new club events since yesterday (everything was working well before that). I can enter all the informations in the New Event form, then nothing happens when I click on Create Event. I have tried using different computers (PC vs iOS) and cellphone, different browsers, login/logout and nothing works. Did I reached a maximum of club events or is there something I can do to fix that? Thank you!

Why is there no Open Water Swimming filter?You can sort by selecting Swim, and click the indoor swimming box, but that just excluded ows. Also if you sort (or filter by sport) your activities and select one there is no way to return to your sorted list. Thus you’ll have to re-sort / re-filter every time.
