I have five bike club events that were posted as public, open-to-all.  In other words, both the “women only” and “club member only” toggles are off.  But Strava is labelling the events as “women only” and preventing men from joining.  Event edit still shows the toggle for “women only” is off.  Would appreciate prioritizing a fix for this regression, as two of the events are tomorrow.

Note that this is an issue when viewing the event with a browser.  The app properly characterizes the event and allows men to join.

When I create an event , even if Women or members only are not selected , the event is blocked on “women only”

so it’s impossible for the other members (men members)  to subscribe to the event

I created one too, I didn’t check women only an members only, even when editing on desktop it shows right but if anyone views the event it’s showing members and women only. Strava Android app most of the time can’t open events and when it does changes cannot be saved.

I am seeing this issue as well. In the iPhone app it’s how I created it, open to all (mem/women/non-members) but on the website it’s locked to women and club members only.

Hello and thanks to everyone who posted here.

This issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team for investigation/resolution. Sincere apologies and we ask for your patience while we work on this. I will post an update here when we have one.

Hello everyone, this issue should now be resolved. Please let us know if you continue to experience this with your club events.
