I have asked here regarding on when I would get a refund on my premium subscription and the person that replied said that Strava is experiencing extreme backlog regarding tickets and I definitely understand that. However this raises a question from me. Would Strava still refund me even after the 14 day "grace period" if it was Strava's fault for not replying?

I’ve asked the moderators from Strava to respond to your previous post. I suppose that the answer is - yes, as long as you filed the request on time. But please wait for the moderator’s response rather than posting the same question multiple times, thank you.

We are not able to provide any updates about Strava Support tickets on the Community Hub, however we have checked with the Support Team and can confirm that they are currently experiencing a much higher than anticipated number of support requests and responses may be delayed.
