How To: Manage Your Community Hub Account Details (Username, Password, Deletion)

1. How to Change Your Username

 

NOTE: There is no option for a Community Hub member to change their own Community Hub username - only Community Hub team can process these requests. 

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to Strava Support through Strava Support > Submit a Request. When making a username change request, please ​ensure your new username complies with Developer Community Guidelines.

 

2. How to Reset Your Password

  1. Navigate to Login Page: Go to the Strava Devleoper Hub login page.​
  2. Select "Forgot Password": Click on the "Forgot your password?" link.​
  3. Enter Email: Provide the email associated with your account and submit.​
  4. Check Email: Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.​

​For assistance, contact Strava Support > Submit a Request.

 

3. How to Delete Your Developer Hub (former Community Hub) Account

 

NOTE: There is no option for a Developer Hub member to delete their own Developer Hub account - only Developer Hub team can process these requests. 

 

How can you request an account deletion via Contacting Support:

  • Reach out to Strava Support through Strava Support > Submit a Request.
  • In the subject of your message, include “Delete Community Hub account”

​Note: Deleting your Developer Hub account may not affect your main Strava account.

 

Upon deletion request, erasure process can take up to 30 days. Once your Developer Hub account is erased, it is not possible to recover the account.
