Family Subscrition and Gift Subscription

I had signed up for a family plan on which I had planned to add my daughter and son. Neither of my children could accept the invite link. I then gifted a subscription to my daughter which could not be redeemed either on the app or on a desktop. As it sits now, Strave has taken over $200 from me without any of the services working. To further frustration, Strava has no human person to talk to help rectify this issue. I am a track coach and my team uses Strava. We have enjoyed Strava's interface and help but the exchange of my money for no services is not cool. Anyone else have these problem and/or have a fix for these problems?
